PAYMENT / SHIPPING

All keys are made of ceramics. Mostly I use high temperature clay masses and glazes, liquid gold and overglazes for signs. These materials don't absorb dirt, don't dye or fade with time and are enough durable.On the other hand, keys can be broken as any ceramics. If it falls down to the floor or hit into something hard, it can crash. Also ceramics aren't good with high pressure, that's why it's better to take your key off when you sleep (excepttion are round keys without long ledges). Frost and soaking encreases fragility. Except these peculiarities, there is no other specific tips of use.

Each key will be complemented with cord (artificial suede by default) around 70 cm length. Average living time will be 1-3 years depends on how you will wear it. If you found any signs that cord became rubbed off, please replace it with new one.

Due to current situation we can't accept direct PayPal transfers for time. So right now I use:

is russian analog of Patreon, where you can support authors monthly or to buy standalone post.

Using method will look like this:

Step1. I make special post for you with cost same to price of your key or keys plus shipping

Step2. You buy post which will be count as a payment for your order.

Boosty has English version. You will need to go through a simple registration, but you can also login with services as Google, Youtube etc. As payment method you can choose PayPal and cards or some other methods platform will offer you. Service commission is 13%.

2. Prodamus

Prodamus is service for e-shops and online-schools.

System accepts international cards, uses SSL and has a refund options. Prodamus support promise to work on adding language versions, but for now only russian version is available, so I've made the ultimate guide of how it works - https://forest-keys.com/blog/about-prodamus

Service commission is 10%.

Please notice: When you make your order on website, you don't pay anything right away. It's just a pre reserve. Before any payments from your side, I'll check if we can ship parcels to your country, ultimate shipping cost, and payment methods suitable for you.

If you have any other payment method which still works in Russia and which you trust to, feel free to discuss it.

Expected delivery time: 3-4 weeks for Europe, 3-6 weeks for US and Canada.

Sometimes terms could be much shorter (there were parcels whis has arrived to US in 8-10 days), but expected delivery time is taken with some stock anyway

Boxberry is one of the biggest logistics companies in Russia

Shipping cost is higher and depends on country we send parcel to. Examples: USA and Canada - 38$, France - 24$, Finland - 35$.

Shipping cost is preliminary and will be calculated manually after you make a reserve, but before any payments from your side.

Important: EU and some other countries may take their duties up to 30%, which will also be calculated beforehead.

Estimated delivery time - 14-20 days

Each parcel will have tracking number, you will receive it on e-mail.

Your order will be sent in 5 working days after payment.

Time of shipping can be delayed due decreased number ships or airplanes or customs workload.

If your order is lost by shipping company:

- firstly we make a request to find parcel
- if company can't find it - we make refund request. Depends on who will receive refund, we decide how to act further. Anyway I'll try to make new item for you as soon as possible.

If key arrives broken:

- BoxBerry insure parcels, so you can ask for refund. For this you'll need unbox parcel in shipping office or together with delivery worker and if you find something is damaged, take photos and make a claim letter. Company will deal with the issue and make a refund.

- post doesn't insure parcels. All we can do is to pack opder securely. If something arrived damaged - please e-mail me to vera@forest-keys.com

Sadly, I can't be responsible for actions of delivery companies, but I'll try to compensate damage by making new item or refund anyway. Only thing I can't refund to you is shipping cost.

By the way, I haven't had such issues with keys shipping, so risk that this will happen with your parcel is really low.

Return and exchange:

If you received your order and want to return or exchange your key, please e-mail me to vera@forest-keys.com
In this case item must be unused and packed carefully, so I could receive it back undamaged. Shipping back will be on customer. Right now direct transfers by PayPal are unavailable, so making a refund could take more time than average, but it'll be done. In case of exchange both shippings - return and new one - are on customer.
